We read the land first
Design starts on the site, not the drawing board. We spend a full season recording the sun, the wind, and the windows of the neighbors.

We use few materials
We look for answers within concrete, wood, and glass. We choose what lasts and what is easy to maintain.

We stay for the first year
Through the first four seasons after move-in, we check in with you and fix what doesn't work.
